One important alternative. If my circle B assessment is correct, this could play out as a flat for the abc move. As such, circle B could retrace to 90% (or perhaps make a new high [expanding flat]). For the flat to be possible, one would have to view the circle A move as a 3 wave move (perhaps the diagonal was an ending "c" of circle A).
Depending upon the extent of the circle B retracement, circle C could vary materially from the scenario shown.
