Cipher Mining Inc. agreed to a merger with blank-check firm Good Works Acquisition Corp. (GWAC) in a deal valued at $2 billion. Crypto mining stocks are reaching new highs at the outset of 2021 with valuations ballooning. These include valuations of crypto mining players, such as Marathon Digital Holdings Inc.
