HQY - Head & shoulder formation short from £41.29 to $32.13

HQY made a nice little Head & shoulder pattern here. Now it seems breaking off the right shoulder. We think it will decline from here.
The decline also supported by the Big insider selling in the multiple millions, multiple execs.

March 23rd - Traded down and Hit entry price. Now Wait & see.

March 27th - gapped lower on the open and traded below $38.00. Closed strong running right into trend line resistance. We want to see this remain below this level.

March 31st - Couple of strong upward candle, but still holding below MA100 Resistance label. Wait & see situation.

April 4th- this has run into trend line resistance and is holding below it well

April 10th - Showing upward momentum, not looking good. Need to keep an eye.
