ICP 4H TF confirmed breakout

I already posted my Idea based on the 1H time frame. In the 4H timeframe we have also a bullflag formed and a comfirmed breakout of the downtrend channel.
Expection is that we see a new pole soon. RSI was also oversold but volume is missing.
