JD Options Ahead of Earnings

If you haven`t sold JD before the previous earnings:

Now analyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of JD prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 26usd strike price Calls with
an expiration date of 2024-8-16,
for a premium of approximately $0.99.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

JD traded at $29.27 at expiration and the Calls went up from $0.99 (when I wrote this article) to $3.27 at the closing bell, for a fantastic 3.3X gain.
