KL: Any way one slices it -- it`s UP

Does it bounce above the 14.7line or
does it come down to range 12.9 to 14.5sh and (THEN) bounce up

Next day or two WILL be telling - do we have to go down to 1300 to bounce or might we bounce in reaching 1315?!
