$MCS Pretty Tight

I tried MCS back on June 25th and posted here (entry/exit arrows on chart).
If failed and dropped over 35% (stops work, don't they?)
It caught my attention tonight with this tight setup.
That said, look left. Tons of supply overhead.
It might still work. Its a recovery plan.
