Some might think this is a descending triangle but looking at the volume created during the consolidation, I would say this is a Bullish Flag. Critical support to maintain is 600, with 700, 780, 900 as the resistances. In my opinion, it is very possible for MMLP to reach 1450(+128% from the current price) at the end of the year.
