Demand Zones And How To Use Them

I am trying to master the art of finding demand for use with daytrading and or very short term swing trading. I am starting to see some patterns that are playing out over and over.

I am going to not trade short side for awhile until I can master the Long side first with demand. I am trying too many things at once and need to understand how to be a buyer first.
