Neblio has Huge Potential

Using Fibonacci Extension tool, NEBL seems to be stepping up towards a breakout. Volume needs to come in, but if it does, we can certainly see a test of the 1.618, which happens to match perfectly with the next weekly resistance level. With the bullish movements we've been seeing across the alt-coins, I believe NEBL is a sleeping giant. Potential gains of 70%. Lets see what happens.
