NEO is looking very good, made a strong breakout/rally with good volume. We should be able to move up towards the 22 at least the coming days, assuming bitcoin won't make a big drop of course.

Depending on BTC of course, looks like a bull flag for NEO.
The high volume from the last days is a bullish sign. I think the 19ish should hold to keep the bullish momentum.

Bulls have the chance now to invalidate this big bear flag. Think above the 24 would be the safe zone. Usually when they invalidate a pattern, we see a counter move, meaning could make a good rally up. But still in the danger zone though!
