NEO USD is at a very important level. For the last 2 months price has continually been drawn to $130 which has proved to be a pivot zone as seen by the purple arrows.
The downtrend that started 15 JAN has been broken and price for now is following the bullish trendline that started on 12 FEB.
Im not sure which way this will go. This chart looks bullish to me but a lot could depend on News out of China.
