N3 has many features, great economy structure + features like NeoFS (FileStorage), now NEO waiting for main net new, when it has published the first target is 200$
When we convert NEO/BTC ATH to the dollar now it is something like 380$, so 200$ might not be the highest price target

We are still in channel, Q4 will be big improve for NEO but FLM will move to N3 in Jan 2022ملاحظة
