Lets take advantage of high volatility in Nifty option pricing . This is just for october
No Naked sell /buy of options , No overleverage ( Avengers hero stuff).
Following is strategy :
Buy 9700 put Oct 1 lot ,38
Sell 9600 put Oct 2 lot, 28
Aggressive traders with capital can sell 9600 put Oct 3 lots .
Ratio is 1:2 , if you have capital than ratio 1:3 , 9700 Nifty spot would be our stop loss. Please note option selling needs high capital while the rewards are limited.
Don't expect millions , in 1:2 ratio profit is 18 points , 1:3 ratio profit is 46 points
