Portable reactors gonna revolutionize the world. Maybe. But spending <$1 mm a year on R&D? Good luck.
It's a meme stonk, just know that. Does it gap up 100% tmr? down 50%? the way these things trade, probably higher given the strength on a rough day. it's a beacon of fresh liquidity driving the low float higher and higher. if u want to trade it, go for it. i'll eventually short it if it gets high enough but my tgt is closer to $1 bn valuation or nearly $50 from here, so a high bar.

had a friend just ask me "at what price i'd buy it" (which i left out for a reason above). the short answer is "probably never".just comes down to math guys. you can't build a 500+ mm valuation on 1 mm of R&D in an industry that's a. mega capital intensive b. regulatorily a world war situation - h3ll you'd pay lawyers 10x your R&D budget to be working/ drafting w you a year if this were real and c. the price action tells u all you need to know.
so $5? no. $2? maybe idk. my friend (you know who u are)... take this off your watchlist, stop screwing w/ memes, buy some bitcoin, have a beer. chill.
