NULS: Daily chart. Can we close above descending resistance?

Hello hello! NULS looking nice here. I'd like to see the daily candle close above both decending resistance lines on the chart. Volume is increasing as well. I will be posting a 30 minute chart shortly to show a nice channel developing.
