Stock darling ORLY forming nice h pattern to short off 50-day

One of the story stocks for steady growth and in a strong sector has now setup a perfect shorting opportunity.
It seems to me this is a great stock to watch to gauge the overall market health. If we break below 230, I'll definitely change my stance to a bear.
