Palantir is about to breakout?

PLTR backed by strong fundamentals and well-known leadership looks ready for a breakout that should take it to a new all-time high (ATH). This is one of the rare setups that have minimal risk and even if it does not work out as expected it would not be a loss since PLTR is a solid stock which many have in their portfolio for the long haul.
