PPC/BTC - Peercoin - Nearly super bottom. Pump or dead? #PPC

PPC nearly touchs the bottom of all time at 13700sts. This is a dangerous case. If PPC couldn't bound from here, PPC will lost necessary attention to investments.
No upcoming events on Coinmaketcal, decreasing volume. But I've already checked Twitter account of Peercoin, they still talk about “The Evolution of Blockchain Governance” by Peercoin Pulse. So we still have some hope about this coin

Sell : 20000 - 26000 - 31000 - 36000
