QTUMBTC way below bollinger/keltner channels and RSI has shown oversold for 3-4 days. concern is accumulation is not steady. so not sure about long term. HOWEVER looking at past dips below the chanels, it has bounced to 20-30%+ after 3-7 days. This would be a scalp play until we really find a bottom.
