$QTUM forming a falling wedge that is reaching its break out zone around ~522sats. Volume decreasing. Current values at Bollinger band lower band. MACD falling and RSI almost oversold. Once volume appears and a signal from the UCTS, we could expect to see great movements. #QTUM
