$RKLB - Descending Triangle Basing and could see reversal

Rocket lab has been basing inside a descending triangle. If the price can break above $4.34, it could head back to $5.34. If $5.34 breaks, $7.31 is not impossible.
With CPI data tomorrow, the technicals have a risk of invalidation.
Target 1 - $5.34
Target 2 - $7.31
Risk - fall to $3.60 and worst case $2.18
