SAIL has been declining after its favulous rally.
its third wasve was extended and fourth was was truncated almost equal to 1 st wave.
there after it has been correcting completing wxy
and attempting to break out of the weekly channel line..
Cooling down of dxy is favouring metal sector.
But remember among steel sector stocks SAIL is the weakest.
So for short term it can be bought.
