So..., some extraordinary chart/discussion since I really got upset due to an article on seakingalpha...
SFL is an offshoot from the John Fredriksen Company Frontline. There are really close financial interests between SDRL and SFL as well as FRO and SFL. The recent warning by SDRL on filing Chap. 11 really needs a careful discussion/analysis of the money flow between each of the companies. These financial constructs are really complicated and a default of one of them will most likely put the others in serious financial trouble. In that SA article anything below 13 $ was considered a buy. Folks/Followers: be careful. Either you believe in an default of SDRL and go short but than you should not think about going long on SFL / FRO or you take a speculative long on SDLP / SDRL. A default of SDRL will have a serious impact on the whole Fredriksen companies structure .
