Real estate shopping mall company Simon Property Group is showing incredible momentum before a strong rotation into real estate has even occurred. We haven't seen any meaningful rotation into real estate (IYR) in quite some time like we witnessed Paired under the magnifying glass with other shopping names like KIM and industrial names like PLD we could be witnessing something really interesting occurring as the 4th COVID wave reaches it's crest.
