All Time Highs before October?

SPY broke out of the downtrend line. Buy the dips. Until the gap. I would short at bottom and top of the gaps. Double top should be a nice short term shorting opportunity as well. People starting to get bullish at 15% more Bears compare to 23% two weeks ago.
