Possibly safe to short here (or just exit stocks long to reenter later).
I personaly do not short the Stock market. Will buy this dip on 1st April (if this plays out).

1. VIX is at least 17-18.
2. Tons of PUT options are bought by the scared people.
3. GS, JPM and others make some useless headlines about the market.

1) thousand of people are going home tonight and see the selloff. How many call their brokers to lock in their gains? their brokers will tell them - lets just wait for some time.. it'll go up soon.
.. and if there will be one more bad day, they'll try to get out more intensive
2) If we have a pullback (but not sharp and heavy), someone will try to exit, or try to use it as a short and close the market red, which leads to (1) again.
3) Asia will see the S&P and may want to turn RED too, that will pull S&P on premarket, which can provide the (1) to happen.
Lets see if tomorrow is red and the real panic begins. Just stay calm, market is playing with you. play with it too ;)

So. We had a red premarket... we had Gartman reversal on -0.3% and a pullback to +0.3%... but we didn't close with buy-buy-buy thing. that makes me think that we'll have some more pullback and then back to downside.
