[UPDATE 3] Comparison of 2011-12 to 2016-17

The market so far is following the 11-12 selloff and subsequent move higher. Will an upcoming retest of the long term range high around 2125 be an optimal long term buy entry to another leg up, as it was in Nov 2012?
