Made a mistake in my prior chart assuming (4) was complete, 4453 can satisfy the requirements of (4) completion as we work on 5 of (5) of (C) of (IV) now, note - the extension can go as low as the high 4000s.

This may take time to manifest and it's possible that (4) completes in a triangle/flat.
