$spy bull count

This is my best guess right now on bull count for SPY.. Not sure I like the initial 5 wave move up to a wave 1, but we did bottom here at the 61.8% retracement. If this count is valid we will see 446 soon (remember 445 invalidates bears). Hoping this is right, but I still am not convinced.
