The navy blue line is our compass. Whichever way it points thats the way we will play the stock.
The red line is our momentum indicator As long as the stock stays above the momentum indicator we stay long in the trade.
The yellow line acts like our RSI. Whenever it is at the base of our brown band a down trend is in danger and we wait for the compass to cross the yellow line to confirm a new trend is starting.
