This shows the Daily Chart of Shriram Transport Finance for a period of 10 years. The Chart is divided into 3 parts:
1. The red portion shows a strong support region
2. The yellow region is seen as both a Resistance as well as Support in different periods.
3. The dark green region is the first level of Resistance (and an initial profit-booking level).
4. The light green line is the second level of Resistance (and the final profit-booking level).
Possible entry points would be in the red region or after the breakout from the yellow region. From here, if the market corrects itself in the near future and price does correct to the red region, any entry in this region can provide an expected return ranging from 45% to 140%, with a very limited downside. Entering after a breakout from the yellow region can also provide an expected return of 12% to 50% with a risk of 10%.
