Looking at the 4H chart, we see constant rejection at the 200 MA (pink). I believe we will need to set a higher low before we can make a breakout run. Therefore, I will continue to monitor Steem throughout the day. If it can hold 37000 as support, or anywhere close to there, establishing a clear higher low. I will ADD onto my position.
