$STRONG could test $800

STRONG looks like it could test $800 before retracing. If you look at the wide picture it sure does look like it's on it's 3rd Leg of the impulsive Elliot Wave. By theory, the 3rd leg is always higher than 1.

The other scenario is that it fails to break $700 and we dip back. Overall, it's going to look really bullish for STRONG in the long run.
