we see that the market has reached a strong resistance that's why it fell we see that it broke the first support then it touched the second support but it could not break it so it went up towards the first support which became resistance.
so if the market forcefully breaks this exact resistance the fibo level 0.38 there is a probability of going for the fibo level 0.5.
