TATA Motors is downtrend in both long term (Weekly chart) and short term (15 mins chart) as per technical.

Price oscillation expected around 161, but eventually, it will fall to 150

Target 1 : 156.7
Target 1 Date : 30th Jul, 2019

Target 2 : 151.9
Target 2 Date : 8th Aug, 2019

Chart is price vs time, so generally i predict time as well.
Personally, I square off my trade if the target date is crossed.

Keep the stop loss outside trend channel.

Further downside also expected in Tata Motors.
