Poor TIF got dumped not only once back in March but TWICE. Is getting hosed like this an overreaction she'll come back from? Going long here might present a decent risk/reward since usually TIF is a really solid consumer staple and a lot of these under-loved retail brands have been showing comeback strength lately.
