With NDX bouncing off of the .786 yearly fib retracement, it puts the whole market in a bounce back vibe. TSLA is much lower than others in tech like apple and nvda, so this price looks good to me.

A fall into 241 support on a low VIX day and bullish news day for equities. On a micro level, the price cuts and acceptance of new gov subsidies has only upsides for sales growth but who knows the impact to overall margin.

Second shoulder forming on a possible reverse head and shoulders pattern. Could gear up to break through 280 with no gov shutdown, BOJ injecting liquidity into the market, and decent earnings print for TSLA in october.
