Nasdaq prediction for the next quarter

Price currently should be falling to retest the highest high that was reached earlier in the year. This is being rejected because most stocks are performing well given the laxed restrictions. Once the retest is done price will then head to 16551. I came to this conclusion because i use the fiscal quarters to identify key turning points which afre very dynamic because its values that are created by Nasdaq during the year(2021)
