US30_Outlook for the Week
WTF
- From a Techincal point of view, PA is still Bearish in Structure as Price is still Trading in a Bearish Swing Range
- With PA having tested a previous Area of Demand in the Market, PA rejected lower prices, pulled up for a High Probability of an LH (LTF Bullish Run) for Continuation Shorts
- With the closure of the current Candle (Bearish Engulfing Bar), is a good indication of Bearish intent for lower prices in the Market
- Noted, for Pa to confirm further lower prices, PA to Break Bearish Swing Low
DTF
- Bullish in Structure, with PA having DTF Change of Character, expected is a Pullback in search for an HL for the Bulls in the market to push price back up.
- With Price at a substantial area of WTF Demand, the likelihood of Price doing that is strong but the area of Demand/ Order Blocks needs to be in support of that narrative
- With the DTF Candlestick Closure, can be regarded as a solid Trend Bar, there is also a High Probability of Continuation Shorts and a BOS of the last DTF LL Wick Low would confirm the WTF Narrative of Continuation Shorts in the Market
H4
- In relation to the DTF, H4 is Bearish in Structure that has the potential to confirm that DTF HL but the LTf needs to create the structure to ensure that notion
- With PA at an Area of Strong HTF Demand, the likelihood of PA just bouncing in is unlikely as the potential to be Ranged in Nature is High
With Fundamentals playing a big role in the fall of most Indices, it is important to pay attention to Market Structure when planning a potential position in the future. The LTF this week was very tricky to navigate as the lesson of how Price accumulates orders was interesting to me. Remember, and being true to myself, I cannot stress enough, don't trade what you don't see, follow your Trade Plan, and Trade your Edge in the Market, and always remain neutral as best as you can.
