The last time unemployment news came out it was neutral. Final GDP was negative.
When 830 candle opened, price went down 250 and then rallied up for 940 pips over the course of the next few days. The expected move is to the upside if news comes out negative. If positive there could be a move to the downside for the same amount of pips.
