USDCAD Long

Lower than expected increase in employment out of CAD and a better than expected NFP out of the USD has added up to a shift in the direction of this currency pair.

I will be looking to buy the dips and will update this idea as and when I do.

We have seen a return to USD strength towards the end of last week, and with USOIL looking as though it has some more downside in it we will be looking to take advantage of the recent breakout in USDCAD and buy back into previous structure.

Entry: 1.25850
Stop: 1.2550
Target: 1.2655

This is still a counter-trend trade coming off the back of a long running down-trend in this pair, so caution should be exercised. I will typical half my position size until I am proven correct in my analysis before adding to the position.
