Outlook
Fundamentally, my sentiment for the fourth quarter is the dollar regaining and bouncing back with possible stimulus package and the elections of course. Thus a swing at the 21 September yearly low is highly probable.
For the week, the dollar has been retreating against the Loonie, as it dropped across the board, today with the DXY losing -30% for the day.
Behavior of interest would be how the pair preforms in the level range of 1.2960 - 1.2986.
Technicals
Weekly - The clear support level is of interest.
4H - With a 50 plus spread for the week, if it swings this week, the reversal can possibly pierce through, but hey we can NEVER TIME the market.
