I see Brent Crude lower (see related) therefore I think the USDRUB will move higher making a retracement.

Update - it goes in line with expectation. We are in wave C of (X).
It could dip between 70.17 and 69.70 (small blue box) to complete the wave (X).
Then another rally in USDRUB is expected.
