USOIL move down IDEA

IDEA - Though news have been released to make oil go higher, seems that it may still come down. Divergence between fundamentals and chart, that's why this is only an idea. Untill I feel confortable to make it a setup it's still a tool to predict CAD moves. Check out CXY chart
