WTI - I have no clue this time. OPEC today

Do you wonder why I have no idea? Simply because the Market itself has no clue at all either! WTI is still range trading. Once it looks bullish-like for few days, then bias changes to bearish again. Even with Heikin Ashi filter it is full of noise.

Weekly:
- Ichimoku setup is still bearish to neutral. Chikou Span will hit past candles next week, but Price is above Tenkan and Kijun.
- Heikin Ashi candle shows third week of undecision, however haDelta/SMA is still above zero line and the HA Oscillator is still bullish biased.

Daily:
- Ichimoku setup is bullish to neutral. Chikou Span hits past candles on this time frame too. Price has been trading in a strange range. Still a thick Kumo below Price, with multiple supports below. It would not be easy to turn it to strategic bearish.
- Heikin Ashi signal is bearish, but as you see it is changing in every days on average.
