Possible short setup USOIL to 98.75

USOIL has created a daily W-pattern. Typically the market wants to test the neckline of this double bottom. That means that a setup could be available to this point. However, before we can take this posistion we need to wait untill all the checkboxes of the strategy are checked to have maximum probability of a profitable trade.
