Oil - Sellers taking back control

Recent price action and volume may indicate the recent pullback may be ending and continuation of the downtrend may continue. Price has pulled back to a previous support area back in early December 2016 and a pin bar has formed indicating sellers have taken control of recent price. To add weight towards downward move, volume has also clearly decreased and history shows when volume decreases price momentum is about to change, in this case the retrace is loosing steam. I am biased towards downward movement to the next level of support.
