VIX - Long term projections - Fractual patterns

One long term view assuming the brexit+china tariff wars + impeachment macro news makes a material effect on markets. VIX appears to be a good buy, and it's been having a tough time breaking that resistance in the box. Might be a good area to sell and short and/or get some spy when it corrects but it may break that trend line in the next 2 attempts and moon for the oncoming recession.
