VXX comparisions to Oct 2014

see chart for notes. Last October was the little sister to ( potential) this ABCD structure. The timing of the 200/50 MA cross over is almost exact to last October's. Everything lines up, just bigger this time. But, EVERYTHING depends on the FOMC rate decision, as to whether this completes as shown OR NOT.
